Where we ship We currently ship within Kenya only. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Nairobi and major towns may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs Shipping fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.
